As the food delivery sector matures, the industry evolves, and the pandemic fades in the rear view mirror there is no shortage of opinion and speculation regarding the future of ghost kitchens and delivery in general.  Innovation has shown how ghost kitchens and virtual brands can: cut costs; gain efficiencies, and drive new revenue.   The consensus seems to be that the customer has changed.  But what that means is anyone’s guess!

The annual Ghost Kitchen and Virtual Restaurant Conference is quickly approaching!!  To make your reservations click here.  Some sponsorship opportunities are still available, so if you have questions contact Pete Cook at pcook@ontrendconcepts.com.

The long-awaited International Ghost Kitchen Conference has been announced!!  Should be a fantastic event (September 7th-9th in Amsterdam) for those who are interested in expanding beyond their shores.  For more information, click here.

Feel free to share the Ghost Kitchen Digest with any co-workers, clients, or vendors whom you think would be interested.  There is no cost and no selling of email addresses.  Just doing our part to help us all stay informed.

And now, the news…
