There’s a variety of flavors in the news this week. Some big developments on the restaurant side: Wingstop plans to expand widely throughout Canada, Absolute Brands developed a new virtual brand recently that spotlights wings, and Nathan’s Famous virtual brand will now be in Walmarts throughout the U.S. and Canada! Not a bad couple of weeks. However, the wing shortage spreading throughout the U.S. is hitting some of these restaurants hard, causing some to even question their traditional menus.
