Wings continue to spread all throughout the United States! The first three articles in this week’s digest are proof of the expansion. Dickey’s, Capriotti’s, and Fazoli’s are each developing their new concepts. A couple of these authors even suggest that it’s the reason they were able to stay afloat during the pandemic. But what about the wing shortage? Restaurants are struggling to deliver the best wings they can in light of it. Is that a reason for these major chains to scale back?
