It’s a mixed bag of news this week! We continue to see the shortages of wings all throughout the country. And at the same time, it’s remarkable to see wing brands expanding. Wing It On! is opening their operations in Orlando. The first article here “The Great Wing Rush” has some interesting insights on this growing chicken wing trend.
