A US-based ghost kitchen concept is raising a $1.5M seed round from investors. The founders bring a mix of technology and restaurant experience and have scaled throughout NYC quickly in the last 18 months, serving a hugely popular and unorganized culinary vertical. They’re nimble, capital efficient, move quickly and decisively. Earlier, the company raised $425K from a family office to prove out their vision in NYC.
