Kitchen United continues to expand its reach by partnering with Grimaldi’s Pizzeria; and La Madeleine and El Pollo Loco are implementing new strategies to meet demand for off-premise ordering. Otherwise, a number of restaurant brands are expanding into new markets, including Muscle Maker Grill, Famous Dave’s, Man vs. Fries, and a number of others.
