Not much for earth-shattering news this week, but worth the few minutes to peruse the articles.  The one about the manager seemingly tricking the drive-thru speed times was entertaining (although probably not as amusing to those who are looking for accurate reports there).  A few good articles about how some chains are looking to improve the customer experience.  Enjoy!
