In less than 24 hours, The Ghost Kitchen Conference will be underway! We could not be more thrilled with the lineup of speakers, sponsors and attendees. And at such a crucial time for this burgeoning industry! The ghost kitchen concept is new to all, so there are still many unanswered questions. At the same time, there is so much potential for ghost kitchens to lead the way for the future of the restaurant industry. We anticipate this event will be a launching pad for many great ideas, concepts and partnerships to come. We can’t wait to get started!

We’d like to take this opportunity to also let you know that from now on, your Ghost Kitchen Digest will be published on Thursdays instead of Wednesdays. That said, it will be just as good as ever!

We hope you enjoy this week’s newsletter! As always, thank you for your support by subscribing to our content. It’s a pleasure! Now, on to the digest…
