What will happen to wings once the pandemic dissipates? When the pandemic struck, a number of restaurant brands implemented new menus starring chicken wings to accommodate for high delivery demand; wings travel well, and they’re delicious. Makes sense. Now there are numerous concepts running; Red Robin opened one just last week! Will this demand last? If so, how long?
