The wing shortage is really making an impact on the restaurant industry. Any yet! there are still new brands rolling out wing concepts. And not just anyone, but big brands like Chick-fil-A. But there are some companies who are looking to re-strategize how they can best operate considering the shortage. Smokey Bones is one of these. They have decided to start using the full wing instead of the traditional chicken “wing”. Will it make a difference? Time will tell.
