Grocery Delivery Digest

October 20, 2020

Peter Cook, Publisher

This week’s news has showcased many of the winners in the delivery industry. There have been many successes in how restaurants and grocers have adapted to the unfortunate circumstances. Most recently, Bloomin’ Brands has begun expanding their virtual concept The Tender Shack to new cities, and Albertsons has debuted a locker system for grocery pick-up’s. All signs show that these companies and many others are thriving. In the meantime, all eyes are set towards the colder months to see whether the outdoor-seating lifeline will thrive or perish.

Be sure that you can count on your Delivery Digest to keep you updated; and please continue to let us know how we can better serve you. Otherwise, enjoy the digest!
