Grocery Delivery Digest

July 7, 2020

Peter Cook, Publisher

Unsurprisingly, the Uber Eats – Postmates acquisition dominates the news this week. In addition to articles covering the deal, the acquisition resulted in some decent analysis about the delivery industry over-all.

Similar to last week, this issue of the news digest includes several articles focused on ghost kitchens (or “cloud kitchens”). We believe those are appropriate as those restaurant concepts are all delivery-focused.

We tried to limit this week’s issue to about 30 articles, so it will be easier to work through. If you ran across any news or analysis you think we should have included, feel free to send us the link! Have a great week!
