OLLO

After 15 years in restaurant marketing at Pizza Hut, KFC, and TGI Fridays, I decided to slow down and focus on my young child. During his naptimes, I read up on the trends in restaurant marketing and looked for interesting part-time / work-from-home opportunities. Within just a few months my consulting gig turned out to be in such demand that I founded OLLO Restaurant Loyalty.

I offer expertise in Loyalty and CRM for restaurant chains. The key principle is simple: find out what your guests already like, then give them more of that - at scale - to drive sales. My clients range from 5 to over 800 locations. I work with any modern loyalty and CRM platforms, although most of my clients are utilizing Punchh, Paytronix, or Personica.

My education pedigree (Harvard MBA, Georgetown LLM) may seem a little intimidating at the first glance, but I'm here to dispel all those Ivy league stereotypes.

For the record, the glamorous accent that you hear in the podcasts originates from Moscow, Russia. My (married) last name is Puerto-Rican of Basque origin, and it's much easier to pronounce than it looks.
