Katie Cox is an industry veteran who's love of the industry came from an early career choice to join Pizza Hut as an Equipment Engineer.  From there she moved into the manufacturing and sales side of the business growing a startup company and diving deep into the virtual kitchen arena.  She recently joined The Middleby Corporation as VP of Business Development on the National Accounts team and is excited to be at this conference again and to meet many new faces and see old friends.   Outside of work she enjoys wake surfing and being mom to four crazy kids.
