I’ve been involved in the franchise business, in one way or another, my whole life. I’ve worked at and in restaurants, built and run franchises in Canada and globally, and launched many food brands.

I’ve been in corporate roles but am at heart a serial entrepreneur. Over the years I’ve had this kernel of an idea that started to form. An idea bigger than myself and bigger than any enterprise I’ve ever been part of.

I’ve launched portions of this idea and seen them take hold, gain a following and show success, much like writing chapters of a book. Chapters that include restaurant concepts, partnerships with 3rd party delivery apps, and a focus on operational efficiency models. These chapters are launching at a furious pace, with pivots to the story line and business model as well as partnerships with global brands, expansion to new markets and applications to varying consumer segments.

The 2020 global pandemic set the stage to accelerate trends that our business model is hitting head on -- increasing consumer demands for contactless interactions, comfort food and convenience.

We’re a kitchen optimized for multiple brands. And we’re a kitchen elevated by technology, for both online delivery and takeout.
