Dana Hathaitham
Director of Business Development
Ghost Kitchen Brands
Dana Hathaitham has joined the Ghost Kitchen Brands team in January 2022, but this is not her first experience with the dark kitchen concept. Being a part of the founding team for Kitchen United, Dana helped establish the concept and ideas behind it. She designed the first location in Pasadena, CA, with limited resources, and spent the last 5 years working in development, designing each site and building each location. From site selection, to CAD test fits to design, to conveyors, to prefabricated walls, to container kitchens, each Kitchen United site has been crafted by Dana, and she took a pivotal role in the growth of the company.  Her previous experience further propelled her to optimise each member's kitchen layouts and designs.
Prior to Kitchen United, Dana owned and operated Positive Hospitality + Entertainment Consulting (PH+E), a boutique firm that focused on opening restaurants, hotels, and bars across the US, Mexico, and Europe.  She focused on the creation of new concepts, not only with design and construction, but with the execution of all phases.  From branding, to expansion, to administrative training, to creating menus and recipes, to systems and operations, Dana always pushed for the best, and with her meticulous attention to details, she attained the best.
