Pop-Up News Digest

August 5, 2020

Ian Cook, Managing Editor

This week’s Pop-Up Digest was a tough one to curate.  There were many press releases and articles on individual pop-up stores and restaurants opening (some including big names in retail).  If I included them all, we would have had 50+ articles.  Instead, I tried to narrow this down to articles that discussed a national project, multi-sites, or concept analysis.  I hope you find it worthwhile.  Have a great rest of the week!
