This week brings you some big news developments, and a handful of great articles! While Muscle Maker has developed three new ghost kitchens in the Northeast and the Midwest, Cracker Barrel is taking initiatives and diving into the ghost kitchen arena!

Otherwise, I strongly recommend diving into the articles this week. There is both quantity and quality! The Washington Post released an article called “The Pandemic Has Made Ghost Kitchens One of Restaurant Industry’s Few Growth Areas”; and there is a series of other great articles which dive into the positives and negatives of ghost kitchens for restaurants.
