What better time to read about “ghost” kitchens than the week leading up to Halloween? But that’s not the only reason to dive into the digest; there have been some big developments in ghost kitchens this past week. DoorDash recently launched a new program to help restauranteurs connect with empty kitchens. Ordermark has begun a partnership with delivery company Waitr; and government legislators are looking at ghost kitchens as an advantageous avenue for restaurants to recover in the coming months.

One thing to look forward to is The Ghost Kitchen Conference this upcoming February in Dallas! Featuring speakers from all the leading companies in ghost kitchens, this will be a landmark event for the growing ghost kitchen industry; surely one which you won’t want to miss.

We hope to see you there! In the meantime, enjoy your Ghost Kitchen Digest.
