Does it seem to you like the ghost kitchen and virtual brands industry is entering a new stage?  It does to me.  It seems like the investment world is getting a reality check and companies need to have some proven concepts before landing the big money.  Those enjoying success are “staying in their lanes” and partnering with others who offer very specific expertise.  And some partnerships are dissolving.  For the industry, I think that’s pretty healthy.

Nekter Juice Bar Signs 64 Franchise Agreements

Nekter Juice Ba has more than 330 locations open or in development and has announced it has signed 64 new franchise locations since the start of 2022. They also recently partnered with Kitchen United to open five “ghost kitchen” locations, following the opening of its first ghost kitchen with DoorDash Kitchens in Redwood City, California, last May.
