Welcome to the inaugural issue of The Ghost Kitchen News Digest! We look forward to searching for and reading through dozens of articles each week to bring to you what we believe are the most interesting bits of news and analysis related to ghost kitchens. Occasionally we may generate some of our own content, but our main goal is just to bring you the best of what others have written…hopefully making your lives a little easier and helping you to achieve your goals a little faster.

We’ll include some articles related to meal delivery, but for greater coverage of that sector, please subscribe to The Delivery Digest (a simialr news aggregating newsletter which we produce, focused on grocery and prepared meal delivery).

Eventually, we also hope to bring together the best and the brightest in the industry to discuss the most important issues. We’d love to have you as a part of it.

So enjoy this first newsletter, and have a wonderful rest of the week!
